INNOFACT AG is a full service market research company.

We capitalise on the merits of "clean" online studies without forgetting our roots in conventional market research. INNOFACT AG is not an online institution. We view data collection over the internet as one of a range of methods, the advantages and limitations of which should in each case be compared to and weighed against those of the conventional methods.

We have a wealth of experience with conventional research methods (gained since the beginning of the 1990s) as well as with online research (gained since 1999). We are therefore able to select exactly the right data collection method for each individual survey.

The INNOFACT AG team comprises 40 members. Our head offices are located in Düsseldorf and we also have offices in Hamburg, Zurich and Lengerich (Westfalen).

INNOFACT AG was founded in 2000 as a merger of two already well established institutions.  The predecessors were founded at the beginning of the 1990s.
