Home-Use-Test
Home-use tests are predestined for online market research. The target-specific selection of subjects from our panels and the fact that the online interviews are conducted when the interviewee can devote time to them make our home-use tests ideal.
How could your Home-Use-Test look like?
As in other types of studies, subjects from the online panel are screened. They are screened blind, i.e. they are unaware which click will lead to the survey.
If the subject meets the quota criteria, the first online interview will be conducted. The product will first be dispatched by courier. The first online interview will be conducted after a time-defined home-use phase – often one or two weeks. A short time later, the subject will receive the second product. The second and final interview takes place at the end of the second homeuse phase.
