Harald Jäger (born 1966), Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Harald is a member of management at EURO RSCG Thomsen Röhle. After graduating from the University of Köln in Economic Science (marketing, psychology and accounting), he began his career as a trainee at GRAMM advertising agency (Grey Gruppe Deutschland). Five years later he took over the management at the advertising agency D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in Düsseldorf. After a further five years he moved to build up the new branch of EURO RSCG Thomsen Röhle.

 

Thomas Flohr (born 1964)

Thomas is a leading partner of the companies of the Bernd Heuer & Partner Human Resources GmbH, an international business and HR consulting firm specialising in the building, property and financial industries. After graduating in Economic Science he began his career at Heuer, Dr. Seebauer und Partner GmbH in Düsseldorf. After two years with the firm he moved to a consultancy position in Baden Baden, specialising in the building industry. In 1997 he returned to the Bernd Heuer business group as a partner. He took over the business and HR consultancy of the group in 2000.

 

Dr. Juan Rigall

Dr. Juan Rigall is a Senior Partner at Droege & Comp. in Düsseldorf and since 2001 has been leading the Competence Center Organisation there. His consultancy focus is on reorganisation, Corporate Fitness and sales optimisation. His work is concentrated on the processing industries, especially the chemical industry. Under his leadership, Droege & Comp. last year advanced to first place in the chemical industry in an independent comparative study on "Return on Consulting". In view of his international focus and experience, much of which was gained in the course of global concern reorganisations, he now oversees the business structuring of the Droege & Comp. London offices.

Dr. Rigall moved to Droege & Comp. in 1996. He was previously employed as an analyst at an economics research organisation in Switzerland. After graduating from the TU Darmstadt in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering in 1992 he was awarded a doctorate at the Institute for Fiscal Studies, Madrid.

 

Holger Temmen (born 1966)

Managing Director of KCA DEUTAG DRILLING GmbH

After studying Economic Science in Münster, Holger Temmen began his career in various controlling positions within the Deutag concern. In 1998 he became Head of Accounts, Controlling and Finance at Deutsche Tiefbohr Aktiengesellschaft. As Managing Director of KCA DEUTAG Drilling GmbH, he coordinates the European and non-European drilling activities of the group. The company, together with its subsidiaries, currently employs 1,400 staff.

 

Martin Weber (born 1965)

Martin has been a director at Holtzbrinck networXs AG since August 2000 and is responsible for the Finance/Shareholder Investments division. His prior position was CFO of Netlife AG (international e-Business organisation quoted on the New Market). Between 1994 and 1999 he was an authorised signatory at the Bayern Kapitalbeteiligungs GmbH, one of the risk investment companies of the Bayern Landesbank. His career began at Dresdner Bank AG in risk analysis and control of commercial credit. Martin Weber is a graduate of Economic Science.
