High demands on evaluation


A simple delivery of spreadsheets is not our idea of reporting and advising. The findings of our surveys are carefully prepared and presented so that the important knowledge gained and the approach taken can be summarised together over a few pages. Of course we also include the spreadsheets, available for perusal if so desired.

 

We take the time during data assessment to thoroughly analyse results. We identify relationships that are only detectable after diligent analysis and we uncover interesting correlations. At this stage we are led less by the "questionnaire chronology" and more by the specific questions posed by our customer. Our consultants are all well-trained in analysis methods and structure-revealing processes. As our customer this means you will always see the information behind the numbers.



High Quality of Data

The robustness of the data is crucial to the quality of the results and the recommendations that come out of the study. Extremely high demands on the quality of the underlying data are therefore fundamental at INNOFACT AG.



Selecting the Best Method

INNOFACT AG grew out of two companies, each of which had firm foundations in conventional market research traditions. And as we look forward and envisage further expansion of our online data collection, we are still keen to continue with the conventional methods. When there are questions to be answered which are not suitable for online samples we will recommend one of the range of conventional methods. In contrast to purely online institutions, customers of INNOFACT AG can always be sure that we consider and compare the advantages and disadvantages of many collection methods before making a well grounded, "clean" recommendation.
